Very pale gold. Slightly waxy, floral and garrigue. Soft ripe fruit and a nice ripeness on the palate, with some seriously ripe, intense, warm fruit. Hints of red apples, nashi pear and melon. Firm mineral white citrus acidity gives a nice freshness without any thiol character, supported by a firm phenolic structure. Really lovely intensity of fruit, balanced by textured minerality and ripe acidity. Some grey-blue mineral inner depth. Balanced, pretty and mineral without Rolle's overwhelming eagerness. A silky, fruit-driven finish.
