Château Maïme Promise (Rosé) 2025 - Highly RecommendedRestrained, slightly floral on the nose. Riper fruit, some sour cherries, blue violets, classic Provence dry mineral elegance with some serious weight. Pretty tropical fruit and exotic flowers jostle for attention, with the palate gently chaperoned by this rather charming waxy fruitiness. Nice acidity, lovely concentration, and a remarkably fresh, pineappley, saline and slightly caramelised finish. Classy, refreshing, fruit-driven and wonderfully ripe. I’d like to see just a little bit more complexity and weight, but this is otherwise ticking every single box.
