  Pale lime yellow. Crisp, slightly unripe orchard fruit, white grapefruit and slightly one-dimensional thiol citrus notes on the nose, complemented by anise flowers, garrigue and wild fennel. On the palate, a surprising and lovely ripeness contrasts the nose, featuring pretty, gravelly, textural phenolics and a hint of spice (white pepper, perhaps nutmeg). Crunchy, elegant, youthful and easy-drinking, ending on almond blossom and green apples.
