Very pale coral. Some pretty red fruit and a healthy dose of stone fruit on the nose. The palate features intense wild red berry fruit, firm minerality indicative of volcanic soil, pretty orchard floral notes, and a hint of white pepper. A pretty silky texture and gentle acidity lead to some rosewater and a slightly inky saline finish. Quite tight and austere, needing a bit of time to open up, which is typical of Fréjus. Very pretty and elegant!
