    Copper cherry pink. Typical reductive notes and restrained red fruit of young Mourvedre on the nose. On the palate, red cherries, strawberries, raspberries a beautiful intensity of fruit - absolutely oozing with juicy red berries, but still somehow boxed in by firm, rigorous, unyielding slightly reductive minerality. Pretty inky intensity. Hints of liquorice and wild fennel, lavender and garrigue. Pretty acidity, lots of ripe juicy fruit. Beautiful concentration and exceptional depth. Textural, chalky, rigorously structural. Stunning rosé that goes over and above in every possible way.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years.
