Château Rasque Blanc de Blanc (White)

Pale lime yellow. Restrained on the nose with lavender, garrigue and floral notes. The floral profile continues on a wonderfully generous, full-bodied palate with beautifully silky, opulent and ripe fruit. Honeyed, but remains mineral, zesty, firm and crisp. Nice concentration leads to a touch of nutmeg spice on the finish, adding complexity while remaining driven. Confident winemaking and beautifully expressive grapes; a great example of a modern Provence white that understands freshness doesn't have to sacrifice depth and weight.
