Pale lime to pale lemon. Very faint leafy minty notes alongside beautiful garrigue, herbal, almost medicinal aromas with a touch of liquorice and wild fennel. Very fresh green minerality on the palate with remarkably juicy green apples and vivacious acidity. Features some firm phenolics and quite hard minerality which is going to need a few years to soften and yield some charm. An ever so slightly silky texture towards the mid-palate leads to a slightly short finish. Wonderfully refreshing, but feels somewhat simple, like its greatest aspiration is to be cracked open as an alternative to craft beer on a hot summer's day.
