    Chêne Bleu Le Rosé (Rosé) 2025 - Highly RecommendedTasted by Elizabeth Gabay MW & Ben Bernheim

    Pale salmon pink. A tiny hint of reduction on the nose. Sweet ripe red fruit, dry on the finish. Slightly chalky minerality - firm but elegant. Some nice concentration balancing the phenolic structure. Beautiful intensity of fruit and some real cool-climate ripeness shining. Lovely concentration with a spiced, inky mineral core that really delivers complexity and seriousness - not just pretty fruit. Is this Rhône-style or Provence-style?

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years. Elizabeth started working with the wines of Provence back in 1986, and for the past 20 years has lived on the eastern edge of south-east France.
