Chêne Bleu Le Rosé (Rosé) 2025 - Highly RecommendedPale salmon pink. A tiny hint of reduction on the nose. Sweet ripe red fruit, dry on the finish. Slightly chalky minerality - firm but elegant. Some nice concentration balancing the phenolic structure. Beautiful intensity of fruit and some real cool-climate ripeness shining. Lovely concentration with a spiced, inky mineral core that really delivers complexity and seriousness - not just pretty fruit. Is this Rhône-style or Provence-style?
