One of the very few majority-Tibouren reds in all of Provence, and a good comparison for lovers of Rossese. Fresh cedar and red berry aromas. A big step up in terms of power and structure. Dark blue-black fruit, fine wild brambles and slow acidity meet mouth-gripping tannins. Ripe, firm and beautifully balanced with the ripeness of the fruit and long, fresh, stony mineral acidity. Quite Burgundian in style, except the fruit is darker blue and the minerality is stonier.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years. Elizabeth started working with the wines of Provence back in 1986, and for the past 20 years has lived on the eastern edge of south-east France.
