Clos de Caille Clos de Caille (Rosé) 2025 - RecommendedVery pale shell. Restrained on the nose. On the palate, the acidity is softened and silkier than many Provence rosés, lending this a very generous charm and intensity. Textural and ripe rather than zippy and fresh, showing a lovely elegance and patience. It is pretty, silky, and floral, grounded by a little hefty oak influence, making it perfectly balanced, calm, and devilishly pretty. Very classy, and unquestionably transports the drinker to a café by the sea, or maybe under the dappled shade of the plane trees.
