    Very pale shell. Restrained on the nose. On the palate, the acidity is softened and silkier than many Provence rosés, lending this a very generous charm and intensity. Textural and ripe rather than zippy and fresh, showing a lovely elegance and patience. It is pretty, silky, and floral, grounded by a little hefty oak influence, making it perfectly balanced, calm, and devilishly pretty. Very classy, and unquestionably transports the drinker to a café by the sea, or maybe under the dappled shade of the plane trees.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years.
