  Pale lemon white. Very perfumed aromas of tropical fruit and yellow flowers. Ripe, soft, and beautifully opulent on the palate with soft, creamy, oaky acidity and a slightly smoky salinity. Beautifully silky, rich, and textured, leading to a slightly gravelly finish. Proof that Provence can make fresh, elegant wines that still deliver on concentration and texture.
