    Soft lemon white. Hints of pear drop and flint on the nose. On the palate, remarkably ripe orchard fruit, red apples and a hint of almond blossom. Dry, stony minerality, fresh and zesty. Quite neutral but fresh, simple, with some good concentration. A marble-cold silky texture and beautiful weight. Oak comes through powerfully on the finish with a slightly nutty tannic grip, balancing beautifully with the elegant fruit. Very much an oaked white for a lover of Provence rosé; delicate, elegant and fruity without excess. It ends with a hint of white pepper, orchard blossom and orange blossom.
