  Very pale shell. Restrained on the nose. Some crunchy fruit. A hint of red berries, some spice, some juicy stone fruit - yellow peaches, tinned peaches, a hint of dried apricot and plenty more spice. Very restrained, crisp and refreshing, with a citrus minerality on the finish. Very concentrated and intense - I only wish the fruit were marginally riper. Beautiful acidity, just screaming out for a bit more depth and richness.
