Domaine de la Croix Le Cap (Rosé)

Pale salmon pink with golden reflections. An evolved, savory nose featuring leesy, smoky aromas, toasted notes, and grilled apricots. The palate is weighty and serious, showing significant intensity with dried white peach and zesty candied lemon acidity. It possesses a firm structure and a fine dark mineral phenolic grip that provides a mouthwatering, persistent finish. A totally different style to the fresh summer wines; a serious rosé with the kind of intensity that can stare an ice cube in the eyes and live to tell the tale.
