    Pale lemon. Restrained at first, opening up to very pretty tropical fruit and some green apples. Linear, pretty, crisp, crunchy and very elegant on the palate. Slightly saline and delicate, with vibrant acidity driving the finish. Crisp, straightforward and genuinely crowd-pleasing.
