    Domaine de Rimauresq Côtes de Provence Cru Classé (Rosé) 2025 - RecommendedTasted by Elizabeth Gabay MW & Ben Bernheim

    Very pale, shell peach white. Slightly restrained at first, this opens up to gradually some restrained red berries and a whisper of garrigue on the nose. Very light, delicate white peach and some raw nuts on the palate. Intense, chalky, grippy and textural, especially on the mid-palate. Crisp, refreshing - very minimalist, taking a delicate, lace-like approach to fruit, prioritising texture and confident elegance. Definitely a wine for lovers of crisp, fresh wines who want something with a whisper of red fruit, some soft peachiness and a soupcon of lavender fields. Classic Provence rosé and incredibly easy to drink.
