    A full bodied white wine with hints of garrigue and green apple aromas. Ripe notes of pineapple and zesty lime fruit, reflecting the hotter climate of Notre Dame des Anges. There is a firm mineral salinity and phenolic finish creating a more serious structured wine rather than generous and fruit forward and with some crisp, crunchy acidity. A lovely traditional white wine for Indian Summer dining.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years. Elizabeth started working with the wines of Provence back in 1986, and for the past 20 years has lived on the eastern edge of south-east France.
