Restrained, slightly saline on the nose. Crisp stone fruit, quite a lot of wild strawberries. Despite the restraint, there is rather a lot of pretty fruit on the palate, progressing from floral, lacy white citrus to riper, softer peach and stone fruit, and ending on some blackcurrants and hints of Syrah spice. Lovely balance, really charming, and fruit that is quite a bit riper than expected given the restrained salinity that it presents at first. A charming springtime rosé.
