  Pale lemon. A hint of lees, lavender honey, very neutral nose and subtle floral notes. Opens up on the palate to show pretty vibrant zestiness, white fruit, stone fruit and white lemon pith. Pretty phenolic grip and an elegant lacy bitter almond finish with a touch of lavender minerality. Fresh, not complex, yet multi-layered. Very pretty, elegant and beautifully refreshing without being watery.
