  Very pale lemon. Crisp garrigue, beeswax and green apples on the nose. On the palate, this is structured, disciplined, linear and powerful. Concentrated, but unafraid of aromatic exuberance: there's floral herbal garrigue, more of that honeyed, silky, almost creamy beeswax, plenty of orchard fruit and even a hint of white pepper. Remarkably driven and elegant; not heavy or over-ripe, just quaffable but seriously classy.
