Pale lemon straw yellow. Softly ripe yellow stone fruit on the nose with peach and a hint of gunflint. A wine that will divide opinion between those who find it slightly too reductive and those who appreciate its cool-climate style. Dry and slightly reductive on the palate, offering white peach alongside vibrant, zesty citrus. Crisp and mineral, with subtle hints of smoky and flinty oak providing an intriguing depth and another level of complexity. Lovers of cool-climate French wine with a bit of complexity will find rather a lot to like.
