Pale lemon gold. Very charming and perfumed aromas of citrus blossom, orchard blossom, nashi pears and grapefruit show an aromatic crispness. The palate is beautifully rich with a hint of lees and toasty oak, but remains elevated by vibrant acidity and crunchy fruit notes of green apple, gooseberry and white stone fruit. A slight hint of residual sugar adds charm to the chalky minerality and zippy structure. This modern and fashionable wine bridges the gap between seriousness and approachable freshness, making it seriously fun to drink.
