Domaine des Peyre Paparazzi (Rosé) 2025 - RecommendedVery pale coral. Aromas of yellow citrus, yellow peaches and pêche de vigne show a slightly leesy character with a touch of thiols. The palate is silky at first, opening up to a crisp, clean and crunchy texture defined by white fruit, citrus freshness and a gently chalky minerality. Lovely balance between the fruit and the elegant, softly citrussy acidity. A refreshing hot-weather wine with nice concentration that makes for a pretty crowd-pleaser.
