  Translucent ruby! Could be duped into thinking this is a rosé. Restrained on the nose, but vibrant, zippy and charmingly chaotic on the palate. A hint of almost (but not quite!) Burgundian wilderness, garrigue. Crisp, crunchy youthful tannins. Lots of red fruit. Vibrant acidity and fresh, barely-there red berries. Elegant, zingy, refreshing and extremely joyful. Summer red, or maybe a very dark, tannic winter rosé for those looking for fruit rather than richness and ripe, figgy complexity. Soulful!
