    Very pale gold to soft lemon. Somewhat neutral nose with very pretty crisp lemons and slight floral notes. Gently herbal. A little acidulated on the palate, with a lot of spritz, lots of citrusy acidity and very green apples. Soft green lemon and gently herbal acidity. Vibrant, crisp, fresh and zesty. Totally unexpected, like drinking a Rias Baixas more than anything else. Funky, fashionable and rather exciting.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years.
