    Pale lemon. Leesy, toasty nose with honeyed floral aromas, slightly herbal and medicinal notes. Sweetly scented florals with gently honeyed fruit, lavender, apple blossom and blue minerality. A little hard and mineral, spritzy and slightly sulphurous. Unyielding and not particularly pretty, but great for someone looking for freshness and minerality at all costs. A lovely aperitif wine with gentle charm and long freshness.
