Domaines Bunan Moulin des Costes Bandol (Rosé) 2025 - RecommendedSalmon pink. Slightly fresh minty notes on the nose, redcurrant leafiness, blue-black fruit and pretty ripe strawberries. Continues on the palate, fresh, crunchy, red berry fruit. No reductive Mourvèdre notes, so guessing a higher percentage of Grenache. Fresh, simple and elegant. Linear blue minerality and fresh almost citrus notes combine with an inky minerality. Elegant, concentrated and rather classy. Nice balance of the fresh prettiness of a youthful citrussy rosé and the concentrated class of a premium appellation and site. Seriously concentrated, but the freshness is detracting from what could otherwise be seriously complex and exciting. Throw this in amphora for a year!
