    Very pale white with subtle orange hues, almost a blanc taché. Pretty floral nose, slight lime drops. Zingy, vibrant acidity on the palate. Slightly saline. Crisp, refreshing, elegant, silky and super zesty. Nice weight, with a silky roundness on the mid-palate. Perhaps a touch short on the finish - prioritising elegance and approachability over weight and complexity. Lots of saline, zingy acidity. Perfect white for a beach-side restaurant on a hot summer's day.
