  Pale salmon. Restrained and slightly floral on the nose. Very crunchy and vibrant on the palate, with plenty of freshly picked, barely-ripe wild red berries. A lovely balance of fresh acidity and gently creamy mid-palate texture is grounded by chalky, lightly mineral phenolics on the finish. Crisp, elegant, charming and utterly thirst-quenching.
