Pale gold. Honey, beeswax and ripe stone fruit lead into an enticing hint of cinnamon. Surprisingly energetic, zesty and remarkably acidic, the mid-palate opens to a slightly silky, nutty concentration. Wrapped in concentrated and mouth-watering fruit with green apples and chewy acidity, it is wonderfully textural. A lovely balance, beautifully refreshing but still classy and concentrated. This is a serious but refreshing wine that shows Provence is capable of complexity just as much as it is freshness.
