    Light cherry red. Pretty floral notes, pot pourri and slightly wild, natural aromas on the nose. A slightly spritzy, ethereal and elegant palate that is absolutely bursting with fresh, vibrant acidity and juicy wild berry fruit. It finishes with zazzy tannins and a hint of spiced olive brine and garrigue. A genuinely lovely, refreshing and devilishly easy-to-drink wine with impressive vibrancy that defies hot-climate expectations. Perfect for lovers of natural wine.
    NB: Shows noticeable VA and an initially eggy nose before blowing off.

About us

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years. Elizabeth started working with the wines of Provence back in 1986, and for the past 20 years has lived on the eastern edge of south-east France.
