    Deep purple, almost opaque ruby. Lush, youthful and quite bubbly red fruit on the nose with a whisper of eucalyptus. Vibrant Syrah character and silky struck match coming through. On the palate, it is bold, fruity, powerful and crunchy, loaded with black fruit and leafy pepperiness - shows the warmth and intensity of the central Notre-Dame-des-Anges beautifully. Tannins are somewhat firm and chalky, but perfectly suited to its style. A very modern, fashionable and suave wine that is incredibly quaffable.
    NB: The tannins are just a little too firm for a traditional chilled summer red, but it remains a beautifully quaffable, trendy wine-bar pour.
