    Very pale. Smoky peach aromas with slightly musky tropical fruit, yellow peaches, jasmine, and orange blossom. Fresh, crisp, and clean on the palate with notes of peach cordial and crisp red currant fruit. Driven and mineral, supported by pithy acidity and a refreshing crunch.
    A hint of spritz accentuates a slightly chalky minerality, aiming to be as textural as possible, though perhaps at the expense of fruit definition and complexity.
