Maison M. Chapoutier Orsuro (Rosé) 2025 - RecommendedVery pale coral. Restrained on the nose with crunchy, refreshing white citrus, white pepper and barely ripe white peaches. Crisp and slightly chalky on the palate; acidity is quite present on the finish alongside more unripe fruit. Pretty, fun, mineral and austere, yet maintains enough fruit to be rather approachable. A great hot summer evening wine.
