  Very pale shell. Restrained at first, opening up to rather pretty ripe stone fruit, black tea and dried apricots. Silky and elegant on the palate with lots of acidity, slightly saline with hints of sandy minerality, liquorice and garrigue. Crisp and approachable, clearly prioritising supple peach fruit over berries to rather charming effect.
