  Heavy bottle. Very pale shell pink. Quite neutral and restrained on the nose with a hint of peach blossom. Crisp on the palate with a bit of ripe red berries and stone fruit. Shows sour white peach, firm red berry minerality and fresh crunchy blue minerality. Structured, almost saline freshness with a crisp, phenolic and zesty finish. Nice weight and texture. Goes beyond simple and elegant, delivering great intensity. Ice cold with ice cubes on a hot summer day this would be very refreshing, while slightly warmer could be more gastronomic.
