  Pale lemon white. Subdued aromas with lots of beeswax and a hint of waxy kerosene. On the palate, a beautifully integrated use of oak gives weight with a hint of roasted nuts. Lots of silky apples, soft and rich stone fruit, beautiful white peaches, pretty almond blossom and a hint of menthol. Fresh, vibrant white fruit acidity with vibrant salty lemons, provides a mouthwatering, crisp linear body. Intense, tropical and incredibly moreish. Fresh and weighty but with fine elegance. Definitely a wine with ageing potential, embracing Sainte Victoire elegance without thiols or butteriness. Delightful.
