    Pale shell pink with restrained aromas of orchard fruit and pink citrus. On the palate there is crisp, crunchy acidity and fresh, charming and elegant summer fruit. Nice ripe weight mid-palate is well-integrated with the acidity. Simple but approachable, elegant and refreshing finishing with a slightly phenolic, grippy note that suggests it might open up in the future, but in the meantime, enjoy the crisp crunchy elegance.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years.
