Mas des Infermieres Chevalier (White) 2024 - Highly RecommendedPale water-white lemon. Scented lemons, coconut and fennel on the nose. Opens up on the palate to vibrant, leafy citrus notes enhanced by the delicate sweetness of oak. It shows a beautiful balance of fruit concentration, fresh white lemon acidity and pomelo-scented fruit. Elegant, pretty, delicate and daintily concentrated, yet still very serious with a long, white mineral finish and pretty floral notes. An utterly lovely, perfumed white for a hot summer's evening.
