  Purple black fruit, powerful on the nose, with opulent and concentrated dark hedgerow fruit. Smooth silky blackberry tannins on the palate met by mouth-watering edgy minerality and vibrant freshness. The freshness comes not from acidity but from beautiful, powerful, mouth-puckering tannic extraction. Silky with a rough, inky texture, a fresh briney sea salt note, and hints of dark chocolate, olive brine, and garrigue. Long, mouth-watering sloes, blackcurrants, purple plums, and just a splash of red fruit - almost pomegranate molasses in its concentration and subtle sweetness. Lasting slightly grippy tannic finish with lots of black fruit and more black chocolate. Concentrated, classy, almost ethereal, it feels somewhat more elevated than your typical Provencal Syrah.
