Triennes Rosé (Rosé) 2025 - Highly RecommendedVery pale shell pink to pale salmon. A little subdued at first, opening to peach blossom, spice and blue flowers. On the palate, there is a firm inner inkiness and dark black minerality paired with a surprisingly gutsy body and weight. Remarkably structural, offering real texture and a clear attempt to deliver an experience that goes beyond simply refreshing. Despite this weight, it maintains beautifully vibrant, salty acidity, pithy white peach and an overall joyous charm to the wild plum and blue fruit.
