    Triennes Rosé (Rosé) 2025 - Highly RecommendedTasted by Elizabeth Gabay MW & Ben Bernheim

    Very pale shell pink to pale salmon. A little subdued at first, opening to peach blossom, spice and blue flowers. On the palate, there is a firm inner inkiness and dark black minerality paired with a surprisingly gutsy body and weight. Remarkably structural, offering real texture and a clear attempt to deliver an experience that goes beyond simply refreshing. Despite this weight, it maintains beautifully vibrant, salty acidity, pithy white peach and an overall joyous charm to the wild plum and blue fruit.

About us

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years. Elizabeth started working with the wines of Provence back in 1986, and for the past 20 years has lived on the eastern edge of south-east France.
