Triennes Sainte Fleur (White) 2025 - Highly Recommended100% Viognier grown on the slopes of the Mont Sainte-Baume. Very pale lime yellow. Restrained at first, opening up to very vibrant floral notes: orange blossom, tropical flowers, saline white grapefruit and beautifully perfumed stone fruit. Has a really pretty 'whiteness' and elegance to it, almost ethereal, leading to a slightly chalky, sandy, textural salinity on the mid-palate. Nice weight and a hint of phenolic texture on the finish; an elegant, delicate, and utterly thirst-quenching summer white that is beautifully balanced.
