    Pale cherry pink. Charcoal and smoky notes on the nose with hints of sweet oak and expressive red cherries, suggesting weighty concentration. On the palate, it is another world. The smoky character blends beautifully with dried apricots, roasted nuts, and fresh zesty white lemon acidity. Silky fruit meets a crisp, vibrant structure that is powerful yet restrained. The oak's smokiness evolves into warm spice, garrigue, black pepper, and a hint of anise and black cherries. Classy, decadent, and age-worthy with beautiful depth. A serious wine that remains wonderfully easy to drink. Absolutely encapsulates the heat and power of the southern French sun. Drink this outside on a sun-drenched terrace in Saint-Tropez in January.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years.
