    Pale shell salmon pink. Delicate aromas - not fruit-forward, but more leesy. Quite intense body and mouthwatering weight. White peach with a hint of juicy wild strawberry and fresh white citrus acidity. Love the intensity - a wine which would support a meal without relying on the complexity of oak. Pretty, elegant and very lightly chalky on the finish. This is the type of rosé I would choose to drink if dining al fresco. An absolute benchmark of unoaked Provence rosé that is as concentrated as it is refreshing.
