    A vin gris or blanc de noirs style. Restrained at first, this opens up on the palate to sheer intensity and a glassy, almost invisible "less-is-more" concentration and drive. Powerful and tight, recalling the effortless austerity and seen-but-not-heard minerality of Clos Mireille. A lasting, powerful and crystalline finish built on a backdrop of velvety, confident, full-bodied weight.

About us

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years. Elizabeth started working with the wines of Provence back in 1986, and for the past 20 years has lived on the eastern edge of south-east France.
