Château Saint Maur Clos de Capelune (Rosé) 2025 - OutstandingPale salmon peach. Slightly restrained on the nose. On the palate there is beautiful concentration on the palate and remarkably vibrant acidity. Crisp and intense juicy sour red cherries, fresh crunchy red apples and a whisper of spice with a lively mouthwatering white citrus acidity and freshness. Taut, fresh, thirst-quenching - this is crossing the bridge between rosé that is summery and youthful while also being serious and concentrated. Beautifully driven and linear - this ticks all the boxes. This could be my go-to rosé during this summer.
