    Pale shell pink. Very perfumed aromas with crisp white citrussy notes, a hint of white peach, and creamy nashi pears. The palate shows crisp minerality, lots of white fruit, and a slight spritz, finishing with pretty red fruit and slightly jammy amylic raspberries. A poolside crowd-pleaser that becomes softer, richer, and fruitier after breathing in a decanter, showing fabulous potential. The mid-palate currently feels a little short and flabby, with chalky acidity struggling to provide enough length and structural backbone. It perhaps needs to be bottled later to fully integrate.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years.
