Very pale shell pink with restrained aromas. On the palate some concentrated ripe redcurrants, crunchy red fruit acidity and fresh vibrant salinity. A little lighter on the upfront fruit than past vintages, but there is some hidden weight here balancing the phenolic structure. Very young, with a lot of power there that will emerge and fill out with time, but, as is so typical of Bandol rosé, its fruit and complexity remains hidden for the first year.
