Domaine Oddo (Vallon des Glauges) Réserve (Rosé) 2024 - ExceptionalShell salmon pink. Aromas of peach, herbs, and sweet spice with hints of sweet almonds, marzipan, and soft perfumed pears. The palate shows silky honeyed notes, sweet dried peaches, and an umami complexity of savoury notes and a fine mineral structure. Vibrant, long fresh acidity balances a dark and enticing progression from honey to treacle and almost molasses. As it breathes, the white fruit evolves into raspberries and crunchy red berries. Powerful, delicate, and impossible to resist, finishing with saline length and more limestone minerality than typical Provence richness. Not just a wine which stands out, but a wine illustrating the skill of a winemaker constructing a harmonious, intriguing, and complex wine with great potential for gastronomy and Alpilles sunshine.
