La Grande Bauquiere Moment Singulier (Rosé) 2025 - RecommendedPale shell salmon pink. Hints of tomato leaf, crunchy red berries, and a touch of white citrus. A classic Provence style with neutral fruit and good weight. The palate features lots of spritz, fresh mineral acidity, and some crunchy red grapefruit. Pretty, modern, and well-made, I am sure it is just what many want for a crisp, dry, elegant rosé. It lacks a bit of complexity and curiosity, ending slightly blunt on the finish, which detracts from the overall charm. A real crowd-pleaser on an overcast but hot summer's day.
