    Pale shell salmon pink. Hints of tomato leaf, crunchy red berries, and a touch of white citrus. A classic Provence style with neutral fruit and good weight. The palate features lots of spritz, fresh mineral acidity, and some crunchy red grapefruit. Pretty, modern, and well-made, I am sure it is just what many want for a crisp, dry, elegant rosé. It lacks a bit of complexity and curiosity, ending slightly blunt on the finish, which detracts from the overall charm. A real crowd-pleaser on an overcast but hot summer's day.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years.
